Project

I had the opportunity to teach Branding to Design and Visual Communication students from Universidad Americana.

I took the task of developing a class plan from scratch, exploring the subject from the functional standpoint needed in the country, at the same time giving the basis for creating work with international projection.

Insight

The design world often confuses branding and corporate visual identity, starting from this observation and a profound analysis of what future professionals need to know and do, the syllabus covers the subject from a broad standpoint as an integral discipline in collaboration with communication, customer experience and corporate culture, from general to specific where we study project development, visual systems and creative processes.

For class development I created a graphic system that communicates the class’ vision coherently and consistently. Also, built a website to display top student work, and share articles and content relevant to the subject.

Web Development was in charge of the talented Ronald Flores.
